    Estrés laboral y gestión de la calidad de atención de enfermería en hospitalización quirúrgica de un hospital Lima - 2023

    This research work study aimed to "Determine the relationship between work stress and quality management of care of the nursing professional in the surgical hospitalization service of the PNP Luis N Sáenz 2023 hospital." Materials and methods: The methodology used was a quantitative, descriptive, correlational approach with a transversal and non-experimental time section. For this study, two variables “Work stress and Quality of Care Management” were analyzed; with a population that included 80 nurses from the LNS PNP hospital - Surgical hospitalization. Two already validated instruments were used for data collection: “work stress (Williams and Cooper)” and “care quality management (Avedis Donavedian)”; which in turn were subsequently validated by expert judgment. It was demonstrated that the instruments applied are consistent and stable. For the normality test, Kolmogorov – Smirnov was applied (n > 50); It was observed that a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.820 and 0.902 respectively was obtained. Result: it was found that 88.75% presented moderate work stress while 58.75% presented an excellent level in the management of quality of care. Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between both variables “Work Stress and Care Quality Management” RS (= 0.780), therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is taken.
