    Knowledge about handling manual load and musculoskeletal disorders in workers in the dispatch, replacement and sales area of a retail store in Chorrillos – 2022

    Objective: To evaluate the level of knowledge about manual load handling and musculoskeletal disorders in employees who work in the replenishment and sales dispatch areas of a retail store in Chorrillos - 2022. Material and method: This research used the method quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 52 collaborators who work in the areas of dispatch, replenishment and sales. Selecting a non-probabilistic convenience sampling type. The information obtained from this research was obtained through two questionnaires where the knowledge about manual handling of load is evaluated and to identify the musculoskeletal disorders that the collaborators have.
