Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and external user satisfaction at the SBC Medic polyclinic in Barranco Lima - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-02) Peña Meza, Ana Nicole; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethThe objective of this study was to evaluate the nursing service standards of the SBC Medic polyclinic in Barranco and the satisfaction levels of external users. This study used a non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional, quantitative, non-experimental design. A total of 1244 people were attended between May and July, the sample consisted of 348 external users, the sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional. For the application of this study, it will be collected through the survey technique and two surveys will be used as instruments, one for quality of nursing care and the other for external user satisfaction; these instruments were previously validated. Regarding the quality of the services provided, the level of satisfaction of the external user was high, with 53.7%, with a significant positive correlation between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the external user (rho=0.05), there is a strong positive correlation between the technical-scientific dimension and the satisfaction of the external user (rho=0.078). The environment dimension and external user satisfaction has a positive mean connection (rho=0.021), in the case of the human interpersonal dimension and external user satisfaction has a positive association (rho=0.014) consequently the conclusion of rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis was reached.
