    Knowledge of family care and its relationship with the practice in post-operated cataract patients at the eye institute of Oftalmosalud, November – February 2021

    Objective: Determine the level of knowledge of family care and its relationship with practice in post-cataract surgery patients in the ophthalmosalud eye clinic, period November to February 2021. Material and methods: logical deductive study, quantitative approach, applied type, design correlational methodological, total population 107 post-cataract surgery patients along with their caregivers meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, survey technique applied, 1st instrument to measure the level of knowledge is a questionnaire type consisting of 12 questions are applied to the family caregiver after informed consent, applying the measurement scale: high, medium and low. The 2nd instrument consists of an observation checklist consisting of 6 dimensions each with 3 questions to measure the level of practice in caring for the post-operative patient.
