    Cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación y acceso a medicamentos genéricos en las cadenas de boticas de Chorrillos 2022

    The research aims to determine the relationship between compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and access to generic medications in pharmacy chains in Chorrillos, 2022. The study design is applied, correlational in level, and non-experimental cross-sectional with a quantitative approach. A survey was conducted with a sample of 384 patients. The results from the 384 respondents showed a low level of 57% compliance with the Good Dispensing Practices manual and a high level of 41.1% access to generic medications in the pharmacy chains of Chorrillos in 2022. Among the dimensions: the presence of a Pharmacist demonstrated a low level of 71.9%, dispensing of medical prescriptions showed a low level of 56.5%, rational use of medications was low at 46.4%, the stock of essential medications showed a high level of 52.6%, sales strategies for medications were low at 53.4%, and the economic level demonstrated a high level at 58.9%. It is concluded that there is a relationship between these variables.
