The population consisted of 623 adolescents. The KIDSCREEN-27 health-related quality of life questionnaire and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were used. Health-related quality of life was at a medium level, with the highest-scoring dimension being the school environment and the lowest-scoring dimension being psychological well-being. Resilience was also at a medium level. Among the dimensions, the highest score was for control under pressure, and the lowest was for control and purpose. The Spearman bivariate correlation statistical test yielded a coefficient of +0.607, indicating a statistically significant strong direct proportional relationship between the two variables. There is a positive, strong, and statistically significant relationship between health-related quality of life and resilience.
