    The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship that exists between leadership styles with the job satisfaction of nurses who work at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Callao National Hospital 2022. This study used the hypothetical deductive method with a quantitative approach, it was a research of application type, correlational with a nonexperimental design, the population was made up of 182 nurses and the sample was made up of 123 nurses. In the collection of information, the questionnaire for the transformational leadership styles variable was used, the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) was used for its four dimensions and for job satisfaction the Questionnaire sw Likert-type measurement scale was used for its dimensions of intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. The validation of its instruments was given by an expert judgment and Cronbach's alpha was used for their reliability, whose results were for leadership styles 0.850 and for job satisfaction 0.905
