Instrumentation: The Grade system was used to analyze each study. Results: Of the 35 selected studies, 29 were of high and moderate quality according to the GRADE system. Similarly, in the analyzed studies concerning the stages of labor—dilation, expulsive, and delivery—12 studies were identified. Regarding the number of sessions of the Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis Program, 4 studies were identified, and 13 studies examined sociodemographic factors.
