    Quality of work life of nursing staff in the hospitalization area of ​​a national hospital in Lima, 2020

    Aim. Determine the quality of work life of nursing staff working in the hospitalization area of ​​a hospital in Lima 2020. Materials and methods. A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out in a sample made up of 100 nurses who were surveyed, and the CVT – GOHISALO questionnaire was applied. The collected data were entered into an Excel database and processed using the SPSS 24 program; Results. The global evaluation of the quality of work life of nurses tells us that 71% have a high level of quality of work life, while 29% of professionals show a medium level of quality of work life. Conclusions. The study coincides with the cited research and the reviewed bibliography on the topic of study. There is a high percentage of quality of work life. However, it is suggested to continue with the line of study by replicating the experience to provide greater consistency to the results obtained and characterize the levels of quality of work life.
