    Condiciones de trabajo y rendimiento laboral del personal de enfermería de la red asistencial Junín EsSalud – Perú, 2023

    The purpose of the work was to establish the relationship between the working conditions and the work performance of the nursing staff of the Junín Essalud Assistance Network - Peru, 2023. The method was a quantitative, non-experimental, transectional and correlational approach, whose sample was made up of by 217 nursing workers from the Junín Essalud Healthcare Network – Peru. Spearman's non-parametric rho test was used for statistics. The results showed that the working condition of the nursing staff was at a regular level in 51.2%% and the work performance was at a medium level in 57.6%. It was observed that there was no significant relationship between the working conditions in its organization and method dimensions (p=0.592), as well as organization and environment (p=0.507) with the work performance of the nursing staff. It was evident that there is a weak, positive and significant relationship between working conditions in their organizational and personal dimensions with the work performance of nursing staff (p=0.000; Spearman's rho=0.338). Finally, it is concluded that there is a weak, positive and significant relationship between working conditions and work performance (p=0.007, rho=0.183) of the nursing staff of the Junín Essalud Assistance Network – Peru, 2023.
