Ítem Restringido Musculoskeletal alterations related to teleworking in workers of the Diagnostools company during the covid-19 pandemic, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-09) Porras Huamacto, Katerine Estefani; Bejarano Ambrosio, Miriam JuvitThe objective of the research was to determine the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and teleworking among employees of the company Diagnostools during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. In terms of methodology, 80 employees of Diagnostools participated and were assessed using the Kuorinka Nordic Questionnaire and the Telework Questionnaire. The study followed a hypothetical-deductive method, as it is a descriptive, relational research with a cross-sectional design. 72.5% of the musculoskeletal disorders identified in the employees were located in the cervical region, 62.5% in the dorsolumbar area, 56.2% in the shoulder, 38.8% in the wrist or hand, and 21.2% in the elbow or forearm. 60.0% of the workers reported that the conditions in which they performed telework were regular, 25.0% reported them as poor, and 15.0% considered them good. It was concluded that there is a relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and teleworking in employees of Diagnostools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees presented disorders in the neck, dorsal or lumbar area, and shoulder, and the conditions in which they performed telework were regular.
