    Relación entre las buenas prácticas de prescripción y la satisfacción de los pacientes atendidos en la farmacia Campo Sol en el distrito de Lurigancho, Lima 2022

    This research paper's main objective is to determine how Good Prescribing Practices relate to the satisfaction of patients served at the Campo Sol Pharmacy in Carapongo, Lurigancho district, Lima, in 2022. Methodology: To achieve this objective, the study was developed under a quantitative research approach, using data at a descriptive level and with the use of statistical correlations. It was a cross-sectional study as it examined variables during a specific period, with an observational or non-experimental design, and of an applied type to contrast alternative hypotheses with reality. Results: The main result observed was that Good Prescribing Practices are not significantly related to the satisfaction of patients served at the Campo Sol Pharmacy in Carapongo, Lurigancho district, Lima, in 2022 (p=0.056;r=0.130). Conclusions: The results found suggest that high levels of Good Prescribing Practices are not a significant factor influencing the average levels of the 'Patient Satisfaction' variable, nor in any of its three dimensions. It was found that the dimensions 'Quality of Health Services' (p=0.000;r=0.253) and 'Health Service Conditions' (p=0.040;r=0.140) do relate to patient satisfaction at the Campo Sol Pharmacy in Carapongo, Lurigancho district, Lima, in 2022.
