    For this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data on personal, biological, occupational, and economic factors, as well as the Maslach Burnout Inventory – HSS, designed by LLAJA S. for Peruvian samples. It follows a Hypothetical-Deductive methodology, using applied research with a quantitative focus and a non-experimental design in a sample of 102 individuals.
