Material and methods: A systematic observational and retrospective review, quantitative and qualitative, was carried out, which was subject to critical ranking using the GRADE system to identify the degree of quality of the evidence found in the following databases: BVS, Scielo , Pubmed, Redalyc, Cochrane and Google scholar. Of the 10 studies systematically reviewed, it was found that: 20% (n= 2/10) are systematic reviews, another 70% (n= 7/10) are experimental, and 10% (n= 1/10) are experimental design. qualitative. They come from the countries of Spain (40%), the USA (20%), Peru (20%), England (10%) and Brazil (10%).
