Estrategia de inducción para mejorar el uso pedagógico de los ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje de una corporación universitaria – Cundinamarca – 2019

The objective of the research was to determine if the implementation of the induction strategy improves the pedagogical use of Virtual Learning Environments in LIPID students of a University Corporation in Cundinamarca. It was based on the hypothetical deductive method, under the theory of socio-constructivism, in a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in which an induction strategy was designed and applied aimed at improving the use of AVAs in their different environments (knowledge, collaboration, advice, experimentation and management). The population was 48 undergraduate students in Early Childhood Education, of which 13 were randomly chosen for the pilot sample and 28 for the study sample. The data were collected through a survey of the students through a questionnaire with 10 sociodemographic questions and 41 disciplinary questions, taking into account the five environments of the AVA under a Likert-type scale; which was validated by 10 expert judges, both methodological and disciplinary. Once the data analysis and validation have been carried out, it is concluded that the implementation of the induction strategy improves the use of Virtual Learning Environments. The research contributes academically since it serves as a reference for other studies in the same line, taking into account that induction strategies at the education level are poorly documented and that it is a prevailing need in the educational context of higher education.
