Publicación Acceso abierto Cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de dispensación y satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a boticas Inkafarma en la provincia de Chachapoyas, noviembre – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-28) Purizaca Jiménez, Liliana; Aquino Comun, MeryThe general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of compliance with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) and the degree of satisfaction of users visiting Inkafarma drugstores in the province of Chachapoyas in November 2021. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, with a basic type, a quantitative approach, a descriptive-correlational level, a cross-sectional scope, and a non-experimental design. A 23-question questionnaire for the satisfaction variable was applied to 347 voluntary users, and a 43-question questionnaire for the GDP compliance variable was applied to the pharmaceutical chemists. Results showed that both the compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and the degree of user satisfaction were at a medium level. It was also determined that there is no general relationship between GDP compliance and user satisfaction, as the chi-squared value was greater than 0.9 (p > 0.05). In conclusion, although both GDP compliance and satisfaction are at a medium level, there is no significant relationship between the two variables, indicating they are independent. However, these variables showed a possible relationship with the 'dispensing environment' dimension of GDP and satisfaction, suggesting a new study could be proposed with the general question: Is there a relationship between the dispensing environment and user satisfaction?
