Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction in nursing professionals of the nephrology service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins Hospital, 2017.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-03-08) Alipázaga Camacho, Rosa Carmen; Quequejana Iquise, Carmen; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerInternal communication within a healthcare institution, whether between management and staff or among peers, shares some common elements with intrinsic and extrinsic factors of job satisfaction. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction among nursing professionals at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins Hospital. The study employed a quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 50 nurses working in the nephrology department of the hospital, to whom two instruments were applied: one for internal communication (adapted by the researchers) and another for job satisfaction (General Job Satisfaction Scale NTP 394), both with 15 questions containing 5 items, ranging from 1 to 5 points. The results show internal communication with a score of 51.22 ± 8.2, which is very similar to the total satisfaction score of 50.68 ± 8.76. Inferential analysis indicates a positive correlation between internal communication and job satisfaction, as well as their intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions (p > 0.05). It was concluded that internal communication plays an important role in determining the job satisfaction of its workers.Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction in nursing professionals of the nephrology service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins Hospital, 2017.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-03-08) Quequejana Iquise, Carmen; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerInternal communication within a healthcare establishment, whether between management and employees or among peers, has some common points with intrinsic and extrinsic factors of job satisfaction. Objective: Establish the relationship between stress coping strategies and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital. Methods: It is a descriptive correlational research with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 80 patients from the hemodialysis service of the aforementioned hospital, a census sample being selected for the study due to its small size. The sample was the same because it was a small population. The Sandín and Chorot Stress Coping Questionnaire-CAE will be used as measurement instruments; and the SF-36 Health Questionnaire Protocol Spanish version by Alonso, Prieto and Anto, which had high reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha equivalent to (α>0.70). The data collected will be processed in the statistical program SPSS version 25, in which the Spearman Rho test will be applied to determine if there is a relationship between both study variables, considering a significance level of 0.05.
