A Doppler ultrasound, laboratory tests, and a stress test are requested, and the pregnancy culminates in an emergency cesarean section with a diagnosis of uteroplacental insufficiency and late-onset intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Conclusion: The stress test is a highly useful tool in diagnosing placental insufficiency and preventing perinatal morbidity and mortality. It is an essential tool for assessing fetal well-being and making timely decisions.
