    Effectiveness of nursing care in bariatric interventions for weight reduction in morbidly obese patients

    Objective: Systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of nursing care in bariatric interventions for weight reduction in patients with morbid obesity. Material and Methods: the design used is the systematic review, supported by the GRADE evaluation system, with the purpose of evaluating the quality of each of the articles selected for this work from the various databases reviewed: Scient Direct , PubMed, EBSCO, Medical Journal, Scielo. Results: the articles reviewed showed that 30% are systematic reviews, 30% are randomized clinical trials, 10% are literature reviews, 10% are cross-sectional, 10% are quasi-experimental, and 10% are integrative reviews. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles evidence of the effectiveness of nursing care in bariatric interventions for weight reduction in patients with morbid obesity was found. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, in (9/10) evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care in bariatric interventions for weight reduction in patients with morbid obesity and in (1/10) no evidence was found. .
