    Relación entre liderazgo y percepción del clima laboral en el profesional de enfermería en un hospital de Lambayeque 2022

    This research was carried out with the aim of determining the relationship between leadership and the perception of the work climate of the nursing professional in a hospital in Lambayeque 2022, and was investigated through a non-experimental cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. The survey method was used for data collection, and data on the leadership and work climate variable were obtained through two questionnaires, Lewin's leadership test and the questionnaire for the study of the organisational climate, with a sample of 92 nursing professionals. The Spearman's Rho analysis test was applied for hypothesis testing at a confidence level of 0.05, with correlation coefficients between -1 and 1. The results showed that the leadership style was mostly democratic leadership with 69.6%, with the majority (72.8%) perceiving a work climate to be improved, and a correlation was made between the variables leadership and work climate by Rho Spearman, r = 0.272; p = 0.009. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a weak positive relationship between leadership and perception of work climate in the hospitals of Lambayeque 2022.
