    Nivel de información y ansiedad en pacientes de fases preoperatorias en el servicio de hospitalización del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Lima - 2022.

    Currently this research study is descriptive cross-sectional whose objective is the concordance on the relationship between the Level of Information and anxiety in patients hospitalized in the preoperative phase in the surgery service in the Hospitalization of the Arzobispo Loayza Hospital, in the Model of this theory of self-care of Dorotea Oren is composed of the sample by 100 patients in the preoperative phase of the surgery service; to whom a questionnaire of Self-assessment Scale of anxiety and questionnaire on the level of information in which patients describe all their knowledge and sensations in the preoperative phase were given. The information was processed using IBM statistics through the Chi square statistical test and the statistical gamma test. The results obtained show that, if there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of information and anxiety 81% of the patients who have a low level of information, 25% have a mild degree of anxiety and 56% have moderate; Of the 19% of users who have a high level of information, 15% have a mild degree of anxiety and 4% have moderate anxiety. Significance for both variables (p < 0.05).
