    Knowledge of humanized care and nursing practice in a private clinic in Lima, 2022.

    Objective: To analyze the relationship of knowledge of humanized care with nursing practice in a specialized clinic in Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: A quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional study was carried out, executed in a sample consisting of 63 nurses and 30 nursing technicians, to whom the knowledge questionnaire on humanized care was applied and subsequently said practice was observed through a rating list of the practice of humanized care. The data collected were dumped into an SPSS 24 database for the preparation of tables. Results: Of the total number of nurses evaluated (43%), they were between 35 and 45 years old, mostly (95.7%) female, with a predominant working time (50.5%) between 1 and 5 years. In addition, a relationship was found between knowledge in humanized care and practice in the dimensions of qualities of nursing, proactivity and availability for care. And on the contrary, no relationship was found in the dimensions of patient feelings, characteristics of the nurse, physical support, emotional support and empathy.
