    Workload and work stress in nurses of a Micro Network in Ayacucho, 2023

    Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between work overload and work stress in nurses”, the population will consist of 32 nurses, who work in the Ayacucho Micro Network. Sample: all nurses, Methodological Design: Type of study will be applied. Observational, correlational, descriptive, prospective and crosssectional design. Instruments: corresponding to “Work overload”, the questionnaire adapted by Gonzales Salazar Edith Margot in 2018 will be used. A reliable pilot test was used, through the Kuder Richardson coefficient (KR-20), obtaining 0.92, corresponding to “Work stress”. The questionnaire adapted by Rosales Dueñas Carmen del Pilar will be carried out in 2021, reliable through Crombach's Alpha, achieving a value of 0.88. The collection of information will be carried out through the use of surveys. Regarding statistical processing, in addition to analysis of collected information, descriptive techniques will be applied and frequencies will be expressed in percentage scores. The statistical analysis will be carried out considering the distribution of the data, using statistical or non-parametric tests, such as Spearman's Rho, or parametric tests, such as Pearson.
