Objective: To determine the relationship between the satisfaction of postpartum mothers with nursing care regarding skin-to-skin contact with adherence to breastfeeding in the delivery room of the Juan Pablo II Maternal and Child Center, Villa El Salvador, 2023 Methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, descriptive method, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population was comprised of 80 mothers who are in the delivery room and joint accommodation service. The first instrument is carried out by Donabedian, which has been modified by the researchers Anchapuri Y, Limache M (2019) for the purposes of their search, the questionnaire that will allow us to know the satisfaction of mothers about nursing care and the skin-to-skin contact related to breastfeeding, the second instrument is an observation guide, which has been built by UNICEF (1992) and used by Román M. and Espejo D. (2019) in Lima within their study and will let look at breastfeeding whether or not you run the baby. To determine the relationship of the variables, the statistical test of independence of Chisquare criteria was applied with 95% reliability and a significance level of 0.05%.
