    Factores asociados y adherencia con gastritis aguda en adultos que acuden a la Clínica Universitaria del Norte, Comas 2024

    Objective: To determine the relationship between associated factors and adherence with acute gastritis in adults attending the Clínica Universitaria del Norte in Comas 2024. Methodology: The present study was hypothetical - deductive, quantitative, basic and correlational; survey technique and questionnaire instrument applied to 291 patients. Results: 56,7% were men, followed by 48,1% aged 29 to 38 years, 50,2% were employed and 55,0% have higher education. Socioeconomic factors were associated with acute gastritis adherence which is significant p <0,05 with (r= 0,391; p = 0,000). In addition, health provider factors were associated with acute gastritis adherence which is significant p <0,05 with (r= 0,401; p = 0,000). Conclusion: It was determined that there is a relationship between the associated factors and adherence with acute gastritis, which is significant p<0,05 with (r= 0,446; p=0,023).
