    This research was developed to determine the level of compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Practices in pharmacies that request advice from a consulting firm in Lima Centro, 2021. Pharmaceutical regulation in Peru is increasingly demanding; Good Pharmaceutical Practices seek to improve the services provided by pharmacies and pharmacies so that a greater number of pharmacies know and comply with these current technical standards. The study methodology was deductive, quantitative in approach, non-experimental and cross-sectional in design, and an observation guide with 59 questions and 07 strategically chosen dimensions was used as an instrument. The results obtained were that, of the 96 pharmacies, 17.71% complied with the guidelines of Good Pharmaceutical Practices at a low level, 51.04% at a moderate level, and 31.25% at a high level. In conclusion, pharmacies with moderate and low levels could improve their results with more advice and training from the consulting firm, while 31.25% are already complying with the regulatory guidelines.
