    Se empleará el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicado, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional en la que van a participar 100 pacientes postoperados del servicio de hospitalización del hospital. Se les aplicará un instrumento que tiene dos partes: un cuestionario que medirá la variable calidad del cuidado del enfermero y el otro cuestionario medirá la satisfacción del paciente postoperado. La información recolectada será procesada a través del programa estadístico SPSS versión 25 y los resultados se expresarán en tablas y figuras con el programa Excel.

    Work stress and professional performance of the operating room nurse in a hospital in Ica - 2022

    Objective: determine if there is a relationship between work stress and the professional performance of the operating room nurse at a hospital in Ica - 2022. Material and methods: the methodological process established was through a quantitative model, applying a non-experimental design, correlation to a cross-sectional one. A total of 35 nursing professionals were considered in the operating room of a hospital in the Ica region as a sample. The technique for resolution was through a survey where the concepts of work stress of the ILO - WHO were applied, where its authors Ivandecevich and Matteson created, establishing Suarez's adaptation to the Peruvian reality, at the same time the Quispe instrument was used. for the evaluation of job performance.
