Material and method: it is a research with a quantitative approach, with a descriptive correlational level, cross-sectional, also the sample is 35 nursing professionals; The nursing activity score questionnaire will be used to measure workload and a checklist by the authors Huamán M, et al. to evaluate humanized care. In the case of the first workload instrument, Nursing Activity Score (NAS), it was validated by Rodriguez C., who proceeded with the validation of three experts from the Cesar Vallejo University; in the case of humanized care, the authors Huamán M, et al., proceeded with the validation of three experts from the Peruvian Cayetano Heredia University; likewise, in the present research, a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis will be applied to the data collected for the presentation of results.
