Publicación Acceso abierto Estudio del comportamiento del oxígeno disuelto y parámetros fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos de la Bahía Interior de Puno(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Quispe Lujano, Marleny Soledad; Chávez Flores, Juana ElviraThis research is part of the field of environmental quality, one of the biggest problems facing the city of Puno is the pollution of the Inner Bay of Puno, due to the eutrophication process it suffers because of the poor treatment of wastewater in the city of Puno. Objective: To study the behavior of dissolved oxygen and the physicochemical and microbiological parameters in the Inner Bay of Puno. Samples were taken within an aerated zone taking into consideration 4 points. Methodology: The analytical method (APHA 1998) was used, for dissolved oxygen the in situ membrane electrode technique was used with the use of a HANNA Oximeter and for coliforms the multiple fermentation tube technique (NMP). Results: The calculations obtained for the atmospheric pressure of the city of Puno (3810 m.a.s.l) is 0.62 atm, PP0 is 0.1304 atm, the oxygen saturation concentration at 20 ° C is 5.77 mgO2 / L; in the physicochemical parameters were found DO 8.65 mg / L, BOD5 40 mg / L, pH 8.37, c.e 1464.82 μs / Cm, total phosphorus 1.2162 mgP / L, Ammoniacal N 0.029 mgN / L; in the microbiological parameters, it was recorded during the months of July, August, September, October, November 2014, there was a variation in total coliforms, a maximum and minimum value was observed in samples M1, M4 with 6500 NMP / 100mL and 4500 NMP / 100mL; in thermotolerant coliforms, a maximum and minimum value was observed in samples M1, M4 with 2500 NMP / 100mL and 1700 NMP / 100mL while fecal coliforms (Escherichia coli) a maximum and minimum value was observed in M1, M4 with; with 680 NMP / 100mL and 550 NMP / 100mL; the quality index (ICA) gives us 65.61% which indicates that the water is regular. Conclusion: It was demonstrated that the behavior of dissolved oxygen in the Inner Bay of Puno was found to be oversaturated from 9.28 mg/L to 11.19 mg/L with a maximum saturation of 5.77 mg/L according to Henry's law; the physicochemical parameters (BOD, e.c., TDS, N- NH3, Total phosphorus) were identified and were found outside the values stipulated by the ECA, with the exception of OD, T, pH, which were found within the values stipulated by the ECA and microbiological coliforms (total, thermotolerant, E. coli) which are outside the (ECA).
