Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a health center in Lima, 2024. Methodology: Quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational study using the hypothetical-deductive method on a sample of 80 patients, using two questionnaires as data collection instruments. Results: The predominant level of knowledge was medium in 56.2% of the patients. Likewise, attitudes towards the treatment showed acceptance in 41.3% of the individuals, indifference in 40% and rejection in 18.7%. The study variables yielded a Spearman coefficient of 0.813 and a bilateral significance p = 0.000. Conclusion: There was a high and positive correlation between knowledge and attitude towards adherence to treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
