    The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and compliance with humanized care in the healthcare personnel of the Carabayllo Health Center, 2023. Methodologically, the study was based on the quantitative approach, with the research being applied, with an observational design - correlational - transversal. The sample consisted of 67 healthcare workers from the institution under study, using two instruments to collect data, which were reliable through the KR20 test (0.702) and Cronbach's Alpha (0.951). The results demonstrated the existence of significant relationships between knowledge of humanized care and the dimensions of compliance with humanized care, as follows: phenomenological (p= 0.015), interaction (p=0.000) and human needs (p= 0.000). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance with humanized care in the healthcare personnel of the Carabayllo Health Center, 2023, since the Chi square test reported a significance value of 0.000.
