    The objective of the study was to determine the level of relationship that exists between psychosocial risk factors and job satisfaction in university teachers of a national unit in Lima, 2022. Methodologically, the research was hypothetical deductive with a quantitative applieddescriptive correlational approach with a Non-experimental design, in turn, the sample was a total of 100 teachers to whom 2 questionnaires were applied as instruments to collect information. The results indicate that 4% of the respondents indicate that the level of psychosocial risk is more favourable, on the other hand, 96% of the data indicated that the level of psychosocial risk is intermediate, in turn, 69% of the data indicates that the level of job satisfaction is indifferent, however, 30% of the respondents show us that they feel satisfied, it is concluded that the significance obtained was 0.000 and we can say that the null hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted. alternate, which indicates that there is a relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job satisfaction in teachers of a public university in Lima, with a reliability of 95%. In addition, a moderate negative correlation is presented with a value of -0.412
