    Hemineglect in stroke occurs when a person has an attentional deficit on the contralesional side, and it is one of the common disorders developed following a stroke; its incidence exceeds 40%, and it is estimated that one-third of patients still experience it after the first year (2,3). Suffering from a brain injury can lead to a decrease in a person's functional capacity, which is associated with greater limitations in functional recovery, as seen in the dependency on activities of daily living.
