La gestión del talento humano y la calidad educativa en la escuela de cadetes de Policía “General Francisco de Paula Santander”- Ecsan de Colombia, año 2017

This research has as principal aim to determine the relation between the management of the human talent and the educational quality in "General Francisco de Paula Santander" School of Police Cadets - ECSAN, Colombia, 2017; the type was basic of correlational level, with an experimental design and cross sectional one. The sample were 105 teachers, and the approach was quantitative. There was found that there is a direct and high relation between the management of the human talent and the educational quality (Rho's value = 0,804 and value of p = 0,000). Similarly among but different intensities each of the dimensions of variable 1: Recruitment (Rho's value = 0,737 and value of p = 0,000); selection (Rho's value = 0,564 and value of p = 0,000); contracting (Rho's value = 0,370 and value of p = 0,000); induction (Rho's value = 0,853 and value of p = 0,000); training (Rho's value = 0,743 and value of p = 0,000), and training (Rho's value = 0,793 and value of p = 0,000) with the educational quality -variable 2-.

Influencia de los problemas psicosociales en la convivencia de los estudiantes de educación básica de la Institución Educativa Departamental Funza-Colombia

This thesis on education is of the applied type with experimental design and mixed approach whose aim is: "Determine the level at which the intervention initiatives of the experimental project proposed by the researcher (Malagón, 2016), address pertinently the psychosocial problems that affect the school coexistence of basic education students of the Institución Educativa Departamental de Funza". The results of the intervention with the experimental project: "Psychosocial development program for the integral education of the adolescent" (Malagón, 2016), gave satisfactory results that from the quantitative can be expressed as follows: 94% in the independent variable: Psychosocial problems; 94% in the dependent variable: Coexistence of the students and 94% in the intervening variable: Basic Education. The sample is non-random where the researcher: (Malagón, 2017), chose 350 students, representing 10% of the universe population. The hypothesis test was done using the SPSS statistic, where the hypotheses proposed in this thesis were approved.

In the present research, the main objective is to promote functional literacy from the citizen's competences through the implementation of an educational module that crosslinks the contents of the basic social science and citizenship competences in the educational institutions that offer the modality of adult education in the Ibague city, Colombia 2014. The research has a qualitative approach and it is developed through the design of practical action-research with a spiral scheme that includes the cycles of planning, action, observation and reflection. Starting from a survey of opinions applied to a sample of 368 students of medium education that are formed in Ibague educational institutions through the modality of adult education, it is characterized the school coexistence according to the citizen's competences and by the application of a module educational in the area of social sciences develop citizenship skills thus fostering functional literacy as verified in the triangulation of data. The research made it possible to verify that when the challenge of implementing methodological strategies in the area of social sciences of adult education is assumed, where the contents of the area are linked in a transversal way, the components of the basic standards of citizenship competences and considering the sense of theoretical-practical appropriation of the educational act is achieved by improving the socio-cultural and intellectual conditions of the population which contributes to the construction of more balanced life projects.

Política de aseguramiento de la calidad en la educación superior y la administración estratégica - Universidad Norbert Wiener – año 2016

The final research report presented here under the title "Quality Assurance Policy in Higher Education and Strategic Management - Norbert Wiener University - 2016", aimed to determine how the Quality Assurance Policy in Higher Education and the strategic administration are related. The work was elaborated under the parameters of a descriptive investigation - of cross section and a correlational design was used. The information was collected by applying previously two questionnaires, one for the political variable of quality assurance policy in higher education and another for the strategic administration. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between the quality assurance policy in higher education and the strategic management, obtaining an X2 calculated equal to 27.04, a result compared with the theoretical X2 value obtained from the Chi-squared distribution. Likewise, it was observed that the calculated X2 is greater than the tabular one (23.68).
