    This investigation in the implementation of strategy of educational step for the better the cohabitation at the educational institution Andrés Bello of San Alberto, Ceasing . Character methodological fixes it: The kind of study of this investigation is of explanatory proper type that two variables, the study's design relate themselves correlational, the kind of investigation is applied of mixed character ( quantitative and qualitative ), is the population that counts on 3,827 students distributed at two seats in all the levels where the opinion polls like sign applied to 104 students of the grades tenth and eleventh. The analyses of results and proposal based in the prosocialidad like central axis of moral values, attitudes and emotions like generating plant of well-being of people.
