    The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between risk factors and self-medication with sildenafil among users who attend the Labomart pharmaceutical establishment in the jurisdiction of San Juan de Miraflores, Metropolitan Lima, 2022. The methodology applied a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, and correlational level. A sample of 385 men participated in a questionnaire about risk factors and self-medication with sildenafil, using a survey as the technique. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 25.0, and the Chi-square independence test was applied with a 5% significance level. Results: Regarding the analysis of the relationship between risk factors and the level of knowledge, the indicators showed significance (p-value = 0.000). Similarly, a relationship was found between risk factors and the frequency of use dimension (p-value = 0.000). For the relationship between self-medication with sildenafil and social factors, significance was observed in its indicators (p-value = 0.000). For the relationship between self-medication with sildenafil and economic factors, significance was also observed in its indicators (p-value = 0.000). Conclusions: There is a relationship between risk factors and self-medication with sildenafil among users who frequent the Labomart pharmacy.
