Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and burnout syndrome in the nursing staff of the emergency department of a private clinic in San Isidro, Lima – 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-18) Ramirez Barazarte, Jonathan Jose; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioThe present study aims to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and Burnout Syndrome in the nursing staff of a private clinic located in San Isidro, Lima - 2024. The methodology to be used will be applied, quantitative, hypothetical-deductive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, it will present a non-probabilistic sampling to be used in a population of 120 nursing professionals with a sample of 80 nurses in the emergency area. The instruments to be used will be the ISTAS21 questionnaire to measure psychosocial risk factors which was validated by the (CENSOPAS) in 2021 and recommended for evaluation and prevention in Peru, with a Cronbach's Alpha ranging from 0.57 to 0.70, which is considered reliable. For the Burnout Syndrome variable, the Maslash Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey questionnaire was used, which has a construct validity in the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin sample adequacy measure of 0.61 and is significant according to Barlett's test of sphericity. For its reliability, the instrument was submitted to expert judgment through a pilot test and it was determined that it has a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.826. All the information collected will be entered in Excel and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program, calculating Spearman's Rho, which will allow determining the possible correlations and testing the hypotheses of the research.
