Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of simulation-based training to improve team skills in the operating room(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-11-10) Pineda Barriga, Yessenia Maribel; Ramirez Galvez, Katherine Milagros; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerSystematic review, subjected to critical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence of the articles published in the following databases: Sciencedirect, Epistemonikos Scielo, PubMed, Researchgate. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 90% (n= 9/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n= 1/10) are cohort studies and come from Australia (40%), followed by the United States. United States (20%), New Zealand (10%), Ireland (10%), Denmark (10%) and Mexico (10%). Conclusion: 80% (n=8/10) of the studies show that simulation training was effective in improving the skills of the team in the operating room, reducing the degree of manipulation and possible complications in the patient's health, providing this way warmth and comfort in each of our patients who undergo surgical interventions. And 20% (n=2/10) evidence that simulation training was not effective in improving the skills of the team in the operating room, which is why they often decide to carry out the interventions in situ.
