    Workload and level of stress in nurses in the emergency area of ​​EsSalud, Lima - 2022

    The workload to which nurses in the emergency area are subjected is a global problem; It is a complex situation that requires a collective effort to resolve it properly. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the workload and the level of stress in nurses in the emergency area of EsSalud, Lima - 2022. This study used quantitative, observational, correlational, and cross-sectional methods. The population and census sample are nurses from the emergency area who work in EsSalud, 2022. Survey methods will be used to collect observations on two variables. Pous and Vicenta Escriba Agüir 1998 is a 34-item instrument that includes physical, psychological, and social dimensions with a Cronbach's α reliability of 0.92. Data will be statistically processed using Spearman's correlation coefficient and will be presented in tabular and numerical form.
