    Relación entre la aplicación del manual de buenas prácticas de farmacovigilancia y el reporte de reacciones adversas por los directores técnicos de las oficinas farmacéuticas del distrito de Santiago de Surco Lima, 2024

    The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between the Application of the Manual of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices and the Reporting of Adverse Reactions by the technical directors of the Pharmaceutical Offices of the District of Santiago de Surco Lima, 2024. The methodology used is Deductive approach of the applied type, through a non-experimental approach, with a cross-sectional, Correlational design. Having a sample population of 72 Pharmaceutical Offices located in the Santiago de Surco Lima District. The main results showed that there is adequate compliance with the Manual of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices having as dimensions: Quality Assurance System with 91.67%, Infrastructure and Equipment with 96.30%, Personnel with 89, 50%, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 97.58% and Adverse Reactions Management of Suspicions 92.00%. In relation to the report of Adverse Reactions, 93.25% comply, 1.19% do not comply, and 5.56% do not specify their response. Concluding, it was established that the general proportion of compliance with the technical documentation of the MBPF obtained 93.41%, obtaining adequate compliance with respect to Adverse Reactions having 93.25%, obtaining adequate compliance, instituted according to the BPFV regulations.
