    Gestión de calidad y desempeño laboral en los trabajadores nombrados del Centro de Salud las Moras – Huánuco, 2023

    The main objective of the research project was: "To determine the relationship between quality management and work performance in the workers appointed to the Las Moras Health Center - Huánuco, 2023". The research method was based on the hypotheticaldeductive method, having a quantitative research approach, a descriptive-correlational level and a non-experimental design. Regarding the population, it was made up of 80 workers appointed from the Las Moras - Huánuco Health Center; considering that there was no need to do a sample, we worked with the same 80 workers. In addition, it was decided to use the survey technique and, therefore, two questionnaires to measure the aforementioned variables. As main results, it was obtained that quality management is directly and moderately related to job performance (r: 0.467; p: 0.00); Likewise, it was found that said quality management is positively and moderately related to the dimensions: personal skills (r: 0.501; p: 0.00) and results orientation (r: 0.542; p: 0.00); In this way, it is concluded that the greater the quality management, the greater the probability that the workers have a high level of performance.
