Materials and Methods: It was carried out through a systematic review, 10 research articles were selected, taken from databases such as Pubmed, Elsevier, Scielo, the Cochrane, Google Scholar, the selection of these articles has been limited to studies with text complete, they were then evaluated through critical reading. Results: The study concluded 100% that non-pharmacological therapies were effective in preventing and treating oral mucositis. Conclusions: Among the non-pharmacological therapies that were effective in preventing and treating oral mucositis in cancer patients, we can find: the use of laser therapy, cryotherapy and the use of natural agents such as honey, aloe vera, zinc, Among others, to choose the most appropriate treatment it is necessary to evaluate the degree of mucositis and the economic factor. These treatments must go in conjunction with adequate nutrition and oral hygiene.Ítem Acceso abierto Working conditions and job satisfaction of nursing staff, in a level IV hospital, Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-29) Ramos Castilla, Patricia Carolina; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaThe present work is carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between working conditions and job satisfaction of nursing staff", the population will be made up of 90 nurses from the emergency service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, the sample taken will be the total population that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The type of research will be applied, through the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, the design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. The instrument to evaluate the variable "working conditions" will be the Berrospi F. questionnaire, called "Inventory of work evaluation in nursing staff" reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with a result of 0.868, and to evaluate the job satisfaction variable, will use the Peceros J. questionnaire called "" job satisfaction" reliable through Cronbach's Alpha of α=0.836. The data collection technique will be the survey and the data processing will be carried out through statistical analysis through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's correlation) or non-parametric tests (Spearman's Rho correlation).
