Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and attitude toward SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in the adult population visiting the Pharmavital drugstore in Villa las Palmas-Lurín, 2022. Method: The method was deductive, with a quantitative approach and an applied, non-experimental design. The population consisted of adult participants, and the sample was 384 people. The technique employed was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. Data were processed using Excel and SPSS systems. Results: Of 384 people, 74.22% were female, 56.66% were married, 63.54% had a secondary education, and 64.03% had a history of COVID-19. Regarding the level of knowledge, 74% had good knowledge of the vaccine type, 55.7% had good information about the vaccine, and 56.3% had good knowledge about vaccine myths. Furthermore, 82.6% were in agreement with the cognitive disposition toward vaccination, 75.5% with the behavioral disposition, and 77.3% with the emotional disposition. Conclusions: The level of knowledge about the vaccine was good, and there was agreement in cognitive, behavioral, and emotional attitude among the surveyed adult population.
