    he study aims to determine the relationship between the supply and access to medications at the 200 Millas Health Post, Callao 2023. The research follows a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design and a population and sample of 35 healthcare workers from the 200 Millas Health Post in 2023. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, revealing that 17.1% reported a deficient level of medication supply, 51.4% a regular level, and 31.4% an optimal level. On the other hand, 20.0% reported a poor level of access to medications, 48.6% a regular level, and 31.4% a good level. It is concluded that the variable medication supply is directly and positively related to the variable access to medications, as evidenced by a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.793, interpreted as a moderate correlation with a statistical significance of p=0.000, which is less than 0.01.
