Ítem Acceso abierto Occupational risk of teleworking in nurses of a national hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-29) Ramos Peña, Tania Lissett; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: Occupational risk is defined as all those dangers that exist around the development of a profession or its activity in particular, including the dangers that exist in the place where you work, which are likely to cause incidents or any type of accident. that may induce some damage or health problem, whether physical or psychological. The objective of our research is to identify the occupational risk in teleworking carried out by the nursing staff of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2021. Methods: the research is applied, with a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive observational design. The population and census sample will consist of all nurses who are teleworking at home and who belong to the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, the sample will be collected in Lima during the months of July to August 2021. The technique that will be used is the survey plus observation, the tool to estimate the possible occupational risks of teleworking will be the Teleworking Occupational Risk Questionnaire (CRLT) which was created and validated by experts from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy of the Government of Spain. It has a reliability measurement of 0.93 with the Kuder-Richardson formula 20.
