San Luis Health Center, Lima- 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-25) Ramos Pineda, Vanessa Victoria; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the relationship between sociocultural factors and compliance with the immunization schedule of children under one year of age at the San Luis de Lima health center in 2022. Methodology: The research was a hypothetical deductive method, applied and observational design. ; 94 mothers of children under one year of age participated. The analysis was carried out using absolute and relative frequencies, the hypothesis test was contrasted using the chi square, Fisher's exact test and Man Whitney's U, after the creation of DAMMY variables, of those that were significant in the initial analysis. Results: 63.83% of children under one year of age comply with the immunization schedule and the social factors that were significantly related to this compliance are: age from 24 to 29 years (p=.014), average socioeconomic status and discharge (p=.000), fewer children (1 to 2) (p=.018), delay of 10 to 20 minutes to reach the health center (p=.008), higher education (p=.000), correct beliefs about vaccines (p=.000), correct knowledge of getting vaccinated according to the immunization schedule (p=.000), recognizing that vaccines prevent diseases (p=.038) and having religion evangelical (p=.003).
