Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate related to job satisfaction in the health personnel of the emergency service of the Santa Luzmila II maternal and child center, Comas, 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Recalde López, Roswy Elizabeth; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: “To determine the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction in health personnel”. The study will use a quantitative, descriptive method, with a correlational and cross-sectional design. The population and sample is made up of 50 health workers. The study will use the survey technique for both variables and a questionnaire as an instrument. To measure the variable “Organizational climate”, the questionnaire by the author Litwing and Stringer in 1976 will be applied, validated by Acosta in 2017, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.90. For the variable “User satisfaction”, it will be measured through the job satisfaction inventory by Melia and Peiró in 1998, validated by Ruiz in 2019, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.95. The analysis processing will be executed through the statistical program SPSS version 25. The descriptive analysis will be executed through the presentation of tables, graphs and for the inferential analysis through the application of the Spearman Rho test to verify the hypothesis.
