Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness in vascular access through the intraous route in patients in critical state(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Reupo Fernández, Marylin Bianca; Sánchez Yana, Cynthia Lucy; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierObjective: To systematize the effectiveness of vascular access through the intraosseous route in critically ill patients. Material and Methods: Systematic review, randomized clinical trial, structured and retrospective review, subject to critical choice, using the Grade evaluation system determining its strength, quality and level of certainty, found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Cochrane Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles systematically consulted, 60% (n= 6/10) are systematic reviews, 30% (n= 3/10) are randomized trials and 10% (n= 1/10) are cohort studies. Of the results obtained according to a systematic review carried out in this study, they come from the nations of the USA (50%), followed by France (10%), Egypt (10%), Australia (10%), Turkey (10%), and the United Kingdom (10%). Results: Likewise in the demonstrations studied, 100% (n=10/10) indicate the effectiveness of vascular access through the intraosseous route in patients in critical condition. Conclusion: The intraosseous route is effective as a vascular access in patients who are in critical condition.
