Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-02) Revoredo Martínez, Sonia Elizabeth; Cano Pérez, Carlos AlfredoThe objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude toward the COVID-19 vaccine among residents of the Ate district. Methodology: The study employed the hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach. The population consisted of residents of the Ate district, and the sample included 385 individuals from the same area. Results: It was found that the level of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine was high (89.4%), yet the population showed a rejection attitude (56.1%) toward the vaccine. Spearman's correlation test yielded a significance value of Sig.=0.196, indicating no significant relationship between the variables. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude toward the COVID-19 vaccine among residents of the Ate district in 2022.
