Material and Methods: This is an applied, observational, and prospective study with a correlational scope, employing a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consists of 90 mothers of children under five who attend the immunization program. The technique is a survey, and the instruments include two validated and reliable questionnaires. Inferential analysis will use Pearson’s correlation test to test the hypothesis. Ethical principles will be respected. The survey technique was applied to both variables, and the instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire describing the sociodemographic characteristics of the mothers surveyed. Validation of the satisfaction instrument was performed through expert judgment, yielding a Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of 0.883. For the perception of care quality instrument, Cronbach’s alpha reliability was 0.933. The content validity was evaluated by judges using the binomial test in Excel, with all items considered valid (p < 0.05).
